1. Enrollment                                               
Please submit the following forms for enrollment:

A. Obtain an Registration packet from the Learning Center office, Monday through Friday, or download the PDF applications below (You need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® software to view the documents. If this software is not installed on your computer, to download a free copy).

B. Return completed Forms with registration fees.

2. Children Served

Eagles’ Nest Learning Center serves children two through five years of age. The center is not staffed or equipped to serve children with serious special needs. Children with minor special needs will be considered on an individual basis.

3. Withdrawal

All withdrawals will be made through the Director. A two-week notice will be required. If  a two-week notice is not given before the child is withdrawn, parents are responsible for payment of the remainder of the two-week period. If for any reason we cannot keep your child here in the center, we will, in most cases, give you a 2 week notice to give you time to look elsewhere.
