1. Tour Our Facility
You can set up an appointment with the Director and see our program in action first hand. All tours are given on an appointment only basis. Tours are given Monday-Friday from 9:30am-12:00pm. Alternative appointments may be set up if needed. Please contact the Director at 919-846-0470 ext. 21 or learningcenter@eaglesnest.org to set up a tour.

2. Submit Enrollment Paper Work
A. Obtain a Registration packet from the Learning Center office, Monday through Friday, or download the PDF applications below (You need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® software to view the documents. If this software is not installed on your computer, to download a free copy). Forms and Fees must be submitted prior to enrollment.

About Your Child

$75.00 Registration Fee (If we are unable to make immediate accommodations for your child one third of the registration fee needs to be submitted to have your child's name added to the wait list. Once a space opens and a start date has been set the remaining balance will due.)

*The Child's Medical History and Physical Exam forms are due within 30 days of enrollment.

	B. Return completed Forms with registration fees. Determine a start date. C. Arrange student visits for your child. These can be made through our Learning Center office staff.
