The hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday - Friday. The center does not prorate the weekly fee because of closing for inclement weather conditions, holidays, or absences. Tuition is due in advance. You have the option of paying weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Tuition is on Mondays. If you select the Monthly payment cycle your tuition is due on the first Monday of every month. Please make your payment selection on your Client Payment Agreement. If you decide to change your payment cycle please inform at Learning Center office staff member, and update your Client Payment Agreement. Payments may be made with personal check, money order or cash. Please do not give payments to teachers or staff. All payments should be placed in the tuition box located next to the parent information center. Please be sure to put your child's name in the check memo. If you are using cash to make a payment please use a Eagles' Nest Learning Center payment envelop.

	Late Fees There will be a $5.00 late fee assessed if payment is not received by the close of business on Monday. If tuition is not received by Thursday of that week a reminder will be sent home and a additional $20 fee will be added. Tuition must be received by close of business on Monday of the next week. No account will be more than one (1) week late or the child will not be able to return until the account is caught up. For this reason, we strongly urge each parent to make the necessary arrangements to avoid this eventuality.

Returned Check Fee There will be a $25.00 charge on all first time returned checks. The check will be due with in one week of notification and payment must be made by money order of cash. In the event of a second returned check the fee will be raised to $50.00. After a second returned check all payments must be received via money order or cash.

	Registration Fee

With drawl A two week notice is required for all children enrolled in the Center. All withdraws must be made through the Director. If a two week notice is not given before the child is withdrawn parents are still responsible for paying the remaining balance.

Late Pick Up Any parent picking up their child after closing, between 5:46 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. will be charged $10.00. Beginning at 6:01 p.m. there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per minute until your child has been picked up. This fee is due upon pickup of your child. All late fees will be applied according to the clock at the center. There will be no exceptions. To avoid late fees please pick up your child on time. In the event that a child has not been picked up from the Center and parents or contacts cannot be reached by 7:00 p.m. the Center will notify the Raleigh Police Department to pick up your child. Please be courteous to the teachers and pick up your child on time.
